Enjoy the spacious and comfy Living Room with fireplace and 60' flat-screen with HD cable TV. On the private Patio, which opens onto the golden sand of our friendly “private” beach, relax on the lounges to the warmth of the sun, and BBQ & then dine on the outdoor table for 6. Note that there isn't a sidewalk full of pedestrians in front of the patio like in most So.Cal. beach towns. Prepare meals in the gourmet Kitchen, with top-of-the-line appliances and master chef utensils, and host elegant dinner parties in the Dining Room which seats 8. Or have informal meals at the granite breakfast bar overlooking the ocean.

The view was amazing! From both the downstairs patio and they upstairs balcony, we could see for miles down the beach. We loved having so much space for our family in the home. Parking was easy and so many places within walking distance. Communication was quick and returned quickly. Everything was perfect for our stay.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at the beautiful LAX Beachhouse. We fully appreciated the indoor outdoor spaces, we walked to a few of the local restaurants and our teen girls enjoyed playing volleyball, boogie boarding and laying on the sun Frank is an incredible host! We look forward to our next stay at the beach house in the near future.

Frank is an amazing host. We had a couple of issues and he responded very quickly to help us. There is a boardwalk that you are able to walk along the beach. No one came up to the house from the beach and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view. Hope to go back again next year. But will fly into LAX vs Burbank. Yes, you hear planes, but not in house at night. It was so relaxing. Thank you Frank!

We loved, loved, loved our stay! I can’t say enough about how great this home and lo CSS action are! Right on the beach with fantastic views and walkable to local restraints and coffee shops! My family absolutely loved the house. The location is great and the sunsets were spectacular. The master patio had amazing views and being on the ocean was wonderful. The house has a nice open layout and great vibe. We will be back in a few weeks. There are even a few walkable restaurants.

Why they chose this property

This is a private home, not a condo and not a duplex - when you are at "LAX Beachhouse", there is no one above, below or beside you. The home is not STEPS from the beach, it is ON the beach.

What makes this property unique

There is not a sidewalk full of pedestrians in front of the patio like at most beach towns in Southern California. So it is unique in that you have true privacy on the patio and in the other living areas.
