Happy to work with guests interested in short or long term rentals. Exceptional location in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach. Just one block to the sand and just a few blocks to some of the best restaurants and shopping in town. This beautifully decorated home has been refinished with bamboo floors, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, newer kitchen with diffused glass and warm woods and a fireplace in the living room. Furniture tastefully decorated by a local designer with lovely linens and amenities. Very good ocean views from the open kitchen, living and dining rooms. Three decks in total! On the lower level, the double door enters onto a family room/living area with a master en suite bedroom and there is yet another bedroom with a private deck. There is a powder room on the first floor as well. On the top floor, the kitchen, living and dining rooms are all open to the view. Also on the top floor there is another master suite with glass vessel sinks and a jacuzzi tub, marble and stone. The 4th bedroom has a door to yet another deck. With 4 bedrooms, this home is perfect for a family vacation, a girls getaway, or a special birthday celebration with your favorite friends. The home is equipped with everything you can imagine to make your beach getaway unforgettable. Bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and more. Walk along the beach, go shopping, or dine at some of la's finest restaurants....Or simply relax and hear the waves just steps away. Plus, take advantage of the concierge service to help with reservations for restaurants, spa services, yoga classes, gym facilities, a private chef, picnic lunches, surf lessons or other recommendations for local attractions and activities. Turn air to off. Turn off the lights.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parking in front of the garage or at side of house.
