WALKING DISTANCE TO TONS OF GREAT RESTAURANTS, BARS, COFFEE SHOPS, AND STORES. NORTH END BAR & GRILL IS A LOCAL FAVORITE WITH INCREDIBLE PRICES AND FOOD. HERMOSA BEACH IS THE NEIGHBORING CITY AND CAN BE WALKED TO FOR THE VOLLEYBALL AND THE TOURNAMENTS. HANGOUT AT THE FAMOUS HERMOSA PIER WITH GREAT NIGHT LIFE. This property has an amazing floor plan all updated with top of the line touches from restoration hardware. 2 blocks from the ocean. Has an enclosed garage that is unusual in this area. El Porto is know for the famous surf.

What makes this property unique

The best of the best and close 2 blocks from the ocean and close to the pier and restaurants. THE SUNSETS ARE AMAZING, WALK DOWN TO THE BEACH WITH YOUR GLASS OF WINE AND ENJOY THE SUNSETS WITH THE LOCALS. THE PEOPLE ARE LAID BACK AND VERY friendly. ENJOY THE MANHATTAN BEACH VILLAGE AND THE aquarium AT THE END OF THE PIER.
