Great place in Santa Monica!!

So clean so amazing. CVS is almost next door. Erewhon is a few blocks away. The pier is a bit of a mile. We loved the location, the layout, and the communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property

Had a great stay. The property is lovely and felt brand new inside. It is on a busy street and there was a bit of outside noise from traffic and the nearby parking lot. But, it was nice to be close to coffee shop and juice bar -which are literally just around the corner.

Very convenient, well appointed comfortable little house!

The decor is clean, simple and comfortable. Showers are great, kitchen is perfect and the clothes washer makes a big difference when traveling for a long stay. The entry keypad is simple to use and the house is quiet. Bedrooms are cozy and extra large televisions in each room are a bonus. Large oudoor area is special and completely private. A great hideaway!

A beautiful, modern house in Santa Monica near Starbucks and shops. Very comfortable, quiet, well-maintained with lots of places to walk to. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home in a great area!

Wonderful stay

It was the perfect stay for our trip for my 10 month old son’s surgery. The place was very clean, updated, nice layout, cozy, comfortable beds, nice location, great shower, nice fenced in back yard with places to sit and enjoy the sun on the patio, perfect kitchen, safe but busy neighborhood. It literally had everything we needed We enjoyed every bit of it, although the traffic was busy outside the house we cousins hear any of the noise in the rooms. I liked that the place was close to the beach, a few min walk away from the grocery store. This place is everything the posting claims to be and more.

Amazing place!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay, then stop looking this place is amazing. Everything and I mean everything is new and the top of the range. The host was great, the locations perfect but the accommodation is first class.

An enjoyable week in LA

We enjoyed our stay in this property enormously, for the full freedom we achieved and especially for the very convenient position of the house (literally just around the corner there is a 24h/day drugstore for last minute purchases). Santa Monica/Venice/Manhattan Beach are just some minutes away by car. The property is exactly as described if not better. (we are a family of three)

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was superbly appointed and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and showers were over the top. We had absolutely everything that we needed. Our only comment would be that from reading the website, we assumed that the house was closer to Ocean Avenue than it was. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay, and we totally enjoyed the host’s neighborhood recommendations for restaurants. Jonah’s was excellent and a very unique experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was our second stay in this house -- 4 nights in this extremely well appointed and comfortable home. Everything is super clean (and new). Couldn't be better. Excellent instructions from the host prior to arrival, so check-in and departure are easy. Great location. We will no doubt return!

Great location

The property was immaculate, like new and beautiful. It is in a great location for walking to many places including St. John’s Hospital, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, CVS, Whole Foods and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesistate to come again. Brandon was excellent and a pleasant to work with.

This house seemed very fresh, remodel was very nice. House was clean and had nice interiors. Only down side was a very busy street and the decline of LA in general. Lots of homeless people around.

Everything We Needed Was Here!

This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.

Fabulous Home

If you are ever in the Santa Monic area, YOU MUST STAY HERE!! It is conveniently located to EVERTHING including the airport!! The home is gorgeous, newly renovated, VERY CLEAN and has every amenity you would need. I felt safe and secure the entire time. THANK YOU to the host who provides excellent details upon your arrival. Location near St. John’s Hospital

This beautiful 2 bedroom 2-bathroom rental in decent proximity to LAX was exactly the location and set up we needed for an extended stay near St. John’s hospital. We were three blocks away - had groceries, car rental, restaurants near by, and a short trip to the beach. The house is really well done and having a washer and dryer, backyard access, and garage availability was great. We appreciated quick communications when needed with the hosts! Completely recommend!

Santa Monica Stay

This property was as advertised. Very clean and living and dining areas were well appointed. The kitchen was amazing. The bathrooms were also spacious. We sat out on the back patio every day, and had dinner out there on our last night. The bedrooms were accommodating, however, the one with the ensuite was almost forgotten in its completion, as there were no closets nor a table with a lamp. More hangers could also be provided, and you have to share the closet with the other bedroom. This house is ideal for a small family, or 4 adults. 26th street is very busy, and the traffic is not very noticeable once you’re inside. Emergency vehicles were frequently going by as the hospital is very close by. After awhile, you don’t really notice it. Regarding check in, it would be more beneficial if it was mentioned in the confirmation that the check-in information would be provided the morning of the start of the stay. We would also like to suggest that there were brief instructions regarding the starting of the dishwasher. For example, the speed of closing the door to start the cycle. Thank you to Brandon for quickly responding to all our questions, and we would definitely stay there again.
