Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!
The place is so spacious and clean. Beautifully located too, close to Trader Joe’s and Whole Goods. Close to many great restaurants as well.Also our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and they responded lighting fast to any messages.
We stayed for a few nights to play golf at a few of the clubs and could not have been happier with our stay. Very nice hosts, very clean, great location.
Will stay again if we are back in town.
We had a great stay, the place has everything you need and is so close to a variety of things. We were traveling with little ones and found a great playground and it was super easy to go to the market for our essentials. Looking forward to coming back!

KK and Arthur are fantastic hosts! Very responsive with any questions. Their Rental was very clean and had all of the necessities needed, the home is in a great location and the neighborhood is quiet. We would not hesitate staying there on our next visit.
Great location in a quiet neighborhood, well appointed and very clean and comfy. KK was so friendly and responsive to any texts or messages. Would definitely stay here again if back on the left coast.
This property was perfect for our needs. Close proximity to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Easy walk to oceanfront. Safe. Quiet. Spacious for 3 of us. KK was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.
comfortable and quiet 2BR/2BA a short drive to the beach- Whole Foods and Trader Joes around the corner-street parking but there always seemed to be a close spot and the parking pass made it easy.
Everything about our experience was great. Our host was very communicative and available. There were no issues. It was spotless and very comfortable. Great location for our purposes. Easy to walk to restaurants, grocery stores. Would definitely return.
We were in town for a funeral during the LA wildfires of 2025. Our family was evacuated by the fires & KK was understanding and flexible in allowing our family members to have a roof over their head for a night. When I messaged KK, she was quick to respond and very thorough with the check-in/out procedures. The rental was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and additional bed linens. The unit was spacious and not cluttered and it had a quaint patio (unfortunately we didn't use due to smoke). We have definitely favorited this rental to stay during our next trip to LA.
Entire apartment with a small outdoor area all to ourselves. Safe and quiet area. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s around the corner. Ralph’s and Erewhon a little further. We got everything we needed at TJ’s. Wonderful sushi place down the street. Clean and fully stocked kitchen. Beach is within walking distance. My son and I walked through the neighborhoods, along the beach and back to apartment and it was about 4 miles. KK was quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again.

Positives: the property is located close to shopping and about 1.5-2 miles from the beach. Street parking easily available. Large rooms and clean
Negative: I do not see anywhere in the description about check in process. Only after booking did the host tell us late check in would be an issue. Made it seem like she was doing a big favor to let us check in after our flight from the east coast came in later in the evening. Should be clearly identified if there are check in restrictions and I shouldn’t have to stress with calls and texts just to get a place to sleep

I'm truly puzzled as to why me asking a guest to inform me about the time of their arrival so I can plan accordingly and make the check-in process for them seamless, especially if arriving at 1:30 AM, would make a "poor check-in instructions"... All I asked for was to communicate with me and regretfully, this guest failed to communicate until the very last minute. Even then, I've made sure he was able to access the property without any delays. Every request he made prior to arrival and during his stay was accomodated. Very disappointed he felt this way...
