This is a secure building 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath architecturally designed beautifully furnished contemporary duplex is 50 yards to the beach with a partial ocean view from the living room and a 500sf awesome sun deck with a 360 degree views. The living room is very bright and airy with bay windows to enjoy the ocean breeze, 55" led TV, window coverings, new hardwood floors, new extremely comfortable sofa and love seat, new Cal king bed in guest bedroom and a Temperpedic in the master bedroom and 2 balconies to enjoy the sunset. The large master bedroom (17x17) with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom, 40" led TV and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom (12x12) has a large walk-in closet & 40' LED TV. The kitchen is very large and bright, a breakfast bar and plenty of cabinets with stainless steel appliances. All dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, blender, etc. everything needed is provided...This unit has a laundry room with washer/dryer. This is a secure building and cameras in common areas - hallway, staircase, lobby and garage. There is a 2 car PRIVATE ( 350Sf ) attached enclosed garage, This property is 1 block from Venice canals, 50 -75 yards to the beach, 1-minute walk to great restaurants-James Beach, OSPI - Abbott Kinney is 5 minutes away. Great property with tons of great food and entertainment options, all walkable. It is a huge apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. We really enjoyed our stay. The garage was a huge plus since there is NO parking in this area.
Rooftop deck was fantastic. Ocean view was stunning. Short walk to the sand and beach. Short walk to the Venice canals, which were amazing. The beds were super comfortable. It’s a beautiful place and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Venice Beach.

Our stay was great. The house was centrally located and close to resteraunts and the beach. The house was a little older but well maintained. Very bright and airy! My spouse and our companions on the trip had plenty of space. The boardwalk was a little dark after hours. Don was an excellent host and answered questions within a reasonable amount of time. Having the garage was a huge plus because parking can be problematic. Would definitely stay there again.

This place's greatest asset is it's size. All the rooms were pleasantly spacious for two adult couples. The apartment was also very clean. We could easily walk the boardwalk along the beach or over to the lovely Venice Canals. The owner was also readily available for questions. We LOVED this place.
This was a great spot from which to enjoy LA! So many places in walking distance from all Venice beach has to offer to the canals and shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to and from the airport and it was nice to have onsite parking. The place was well stocked so that I could make a couple of meals and also there lots of blankets for the beds which was appreciated.
We had a great stay! The host was very responsive. The kitchen is a little understocked but otherwise it is a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved this property! It was really spacious and filled with natural light. The private garage was a big plus and when we weren’t driving, the beach was right there. Communication with Don was great and everything was clear about check in and the property. Would definitely recommend!
Just after a few days at Disneyland this was a perfect change of pace for 6 year old to 76 year old! Loved proximity to beach, canals and all the area had to offer within walking, bus and LAX when it came time to leave! The space was excellent!

Our family had a great vacation at this beach house. We enjoyed the local beaches and restaurants while staying in a very comfortable home. In a large kitchen and open concept living area our family enjoyed dinners and had a great time relaxing.
