This is a secure building 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath architecturally designed beautifully furnished contemporary duplex is 50 yards to the beach with a partial ocean view from the living room and a 500sf awesome sun deck with a 360 degree views. COMMON AREA ocean deck. The living room is very bright with hi ceilings, bay windows to enjoy the ocean breeze, there is a beautiful fireplace with a wood mantel, 55" led TV, window coverings, new hardwood floors, new extremely comfortable sofa and love seat, new Cal king bed in guest bedroom and a Temperpedic in the master bedroom and 2 balconies to enjoy the sunset. The large master bedroom (17x17) with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom, 40" led TV and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom (12x12) has a large walk-in closet & 40' LED TV. The kitchen is very large and bright, with beautiful marble floors, a breakfast bar and plenty of cabinets with stainless steel appliances. All dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, blender, etc. everything needed is provided...This unit has a laundry room with washer/dryer. This is a secure building with an intercom access and monitored hallways. 3 skylights (kitchen & bathrooms). There is a 2 car PRIVATE ( 350Sf ) attached enclosed garage! This property is 1 block from Venice canals, 50 -75 yards to the beach, 1-minute walk to great restaurants-James Beach, OSPI - Abbott Kinney is 5 minutes away. this place gave us everything we wanted out of LA close to beach, walking distance to restauarants a secure garage for our car the only thing the host let us down on was the weather kinda cold and rainy for 6 days!!! he said he'll try to do better next time!! HAHA all was great

WARNING to DISABILITY PEOPLE
I would like to warn people about the two flights of stairs that you have to take to access your appartment. There is no mention of stairs in your description. My husdband and my friend have disability so it was quite an ordeal and a task to carry the logguage on the third floor which is appartment #2. The location is perfect, great restaurents and close to the sea. The manager of the operation was very nice and polite, the place was clean but the building itself need love especially the furnance who you had to close at night because it was making to much noice. The owner of the building needs to invest in his building. I would recommend the place to young healthy adults.

Great property, one block from Venice beach, Hope to Return Soon
5-star rating for all areas. Donald was very responsive to the one or two questions during our stay. He offered to replace the window shade that was damaged by a previous guest. The property was exactly as listed and we were thrilled with the comfort and location. Please note that the 2nd-floor unit (our unit) and of course the rooftop, involve walking up 2 or 3 flights of stairs and there is not an elevator. This could have been an issue for anyone with limited mobility. The garage was quite handy and a very nice feature. We were extremely pleased with this property, the many conveniences, the great neighborhood, and the communication with management. Looking forward to returning.
