Updated Mid Century 2 bedroom 1 bath entire home with full surround decking in Mar Vista. Experience a Rad Stay with desert beach vibes. Perfectly located less than 2 miles from beach and walking distance only 2 blocks from down town Mar Vista and shops and restaurants. House is fully remodeled with an indoor/outdoor open air aesthetic. Window walls with large sliding glass doors and screens fully open each living space on to outdoor decks and patios. Have dinner inside outside of the living room while watching movies or sports on projector with surround sound. Chill in the front yard around fire pit with 4 independent charging stations for laptops/phones/tablets. Have a romantic soak for two in primary bedroom private patio. Two dog doors that allow dogs in and out on their own to enjoy the large yard.

Im originally from SF and love LA. Im finally realizing my dream of building a tiny living experience in Mar Vista and I hope you love it. Just finished remodeling the main house to rent and currently living in the back half of the property building a container home ADU.
Why they chose this property
Mar Vista is awesome. Sitting in between the 10, 405, and 90 freeways. 15 min from LAX. 5 min from Beach. Walking distance to many up and coming restaurants and bars. Easy to get in and out of town. Close but far enough from Venice congestion. 10 min drive to Santa Monica or Culver City. 20 minutes to Hollywood.
