Perfect Summer Bungalow

Great location, very clean inside, perfect size for our family of four. We loved the fire pit and the updated interior of the house. The only issue we had was that the A/C took a long time to cool the house, but we would definitely stay here again!

Bright and Comfortable

My husband and I had a great stay with our two dogs. The home is very bright due to many skylights and was plenty spacious for all of us. Nicely decorated and adequately appointed. Comfortable king bed if you like a firm mattress. Very private, quiet space even though it is close to a busy street and shares the lot with the main house. Location is convenient and neighborhood felt safe, but we were a little disappointed that there are not more amenities in walking distance. Easy check-in. Clear and efficient communication from host; very responsive to all inquiries.

Delightful Home Away From Home

First, let me say that Josh and Madison are the best co-hosts I have ever interacted with. During my stay, I had many (self-inflicted) issues, and they were always available to assist me. Kudos to you both! This property is a little hidden gem. It is impeccably decorated, well-appointed, and as comfortable as my home. It was surprisingly spacious and stocked with everything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.I struggled a bit to check in because I arrived after dark. As I am not a California native, I didn't realize the house numbers were painted on the curb. I dragged my suitcase up and down the street until, in desperation, I called Madison for assistance. Perhaps you could add details to the description, such as the x-number of houses from the main road. The home thermostat was a bit tricky to operate, but again, Josh and Madison came to my rescue.I plan to visit LA often and will book this property whenever it is available.

Without off street parking I was a little concerned but had no issues with finding street parking. At first the beds seemed firm but I slept better than at home. On the last day we couldn’t get the washer and dryer to power on, but I am sure that was promptly fixed.

Bathrooms needed attention. The rain shower was missing a nozzle causing a hard stream and limiting water flow to the remaining nozzles. The fan in the bathroom did not work and the towels had a mildew smell. Some mold evident.
