Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica. This lovely property offers all the comforts you need for a phenomenal stay, including WiFi, AC, a 65" TV in the living room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. A super comfy king size bed. Coffee maker and espresso machine along with a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook anything your heart desires. We also provide a driveway parking spot right in front of the building. This apartment is on the second level of the building (2 stories, 3 units). This apartment is ideal for a couple but we do allow children and have an air mattress that can be set up in the living room. The peaceful ambiance of the apartment will make guests feel right at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We had a excellent stay at this rental. The apartment was charming and very comfortable. It felt a little bit like a tree house, which we loved. The location was convenient for walking to stores, Starbucks, and the beach. Communication with the owners was quick and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is spacious. There’s plenty of room for 2 people. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. Karina and Brian are highly responsive. We were very happy with our stay and would consider renting from them again next time we visit the area.

Family visit

This vacation rental suited our needs perfectly. We appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, the comfortable bed, and the free laundry facilities. We enjoyed our walks on quiet streets to the beach, Main Street and nearby restaurants.Many thanks to the hosts for very quickly providing a few missing provisions and for the welcome snacks and wine. Palisades Fire Refugees

We had to unexpectedly seek refuge due to the Palisades Fire, and we are so grateful for this property during such a stressful time. The host was incredibly understanding and accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and settled during our stay.The home itself is small but very cute and cozy and perfect for a couple. It is well-equipped with everything we needed. It provided a much-needed sense of security while we were displaced. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the quiet environment as it gave us a break from the chaos around us.We’re incredibly thankful for this place, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place close to everything in Santa Monica. .

Just as advertised, clean and uncluttered, off street parking made things easy. Also quite walkable to beach and farmers market, lovely neighborhood. Walked to Piccolos for dinner, highly recommend.

We are Karina and Brian. We’ve lived in the area for over 20 years. We are all about enjoying the outdoors and all that beautiful Santa Monica offers. We have 2 teenage sons who were lucky enough to grow up here. We all enjoy surfing, hiking, paddle boarding and a good game of pick up basketball.

The proximity to everything is the most attractive part of where this property is. Within a 15 minute walk to the beach, 3rd St. Promenade, Main St and downtown Santa Monica.

What makes this property unique

We are in the service area of “circuit”. Santa Monica’s free electric shuttle service.

We provide a nesspresso machine with pods, a coffee maker and coffee to go with it, a blender, toaster and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking.
