Nice place as described, easy communication with John, practical location with safe access to parking garage. Could walk to shops and cafes and quick drive to the beach. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with full size fridge and neighborhood relatively quiet for a city environment.

This was a great place to stay in Santa Monica. Very comfortable, clean, safe secure parking, and host is responsive to any questions. Excellent location, close to wonderful restaurants and bakeries, shops, the beach and the pier. We enjoyed how walkable the area is. It’s easy to hop on The 10 to get to all the downtown museums and sites we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend.

Loved the property! It felt like a home away from home. Small, but just right. Lovely interior along with a lots of small things to offer! Such as the shopping, food and free k-cups for coffee which saved some money every morning ;) When planning my next trip to Santa Monica, I’ll be sure to make sure your place is available for stay prior to anything else.
