The Perfect LA Home Away from Home

We loved this large studio suite! It has "all the things" and is conveniently located in an adorable Santa Monica neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Great peaceful location

We loved staying here as a family with a small child. The location is great, close to Santa Monica and Venice but very quiet and always has parking. The accommodation is private with a balcony overlooking the golf course. It has everything you need! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful studio apartment, with the extra convenience of a full kitchen. Quiet, easy neighborhood, with easy street parking and easy access to Santa Monica and LA. Hosts were very responsive.

Great getaway

Comfortable, cozy, and clean place to stay. We enjoyed the open air feeling that all the windows provided. Hosts were very attentive and accommodating. Location is convenient to the beach and within walking distance to groceries, coffee cafe, shops and more. We highly recommend this luxury studio.

Thanks for providing a great space for my visit. It was the perfect location and best of all always had parking nearby. Only suggestion would be to provide some silverware for the unit as not all takeout will give silverware. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Sweet Stay!

The studio apartment is very comfortable. It's light and bright, with windows in all 4 walls. (I'm not kidding!) I highly recommend this studio and will definitely stay there on my next visit to the area.

Large bedroom suite

Esmail and Maryam are very nice hosts and Esmail was very responsive and communicative. Location in Santa Monica makes this large suite a good value. The property is on a quiet street across from a golf course in a residential neighborhood, but in the flight path of the Santa Monica Airport so small plane traffic noise is heard only during the day. The bathroom is a bit small and with limited shelf/counter space for toiletries. The room has a vaulted ceiling and working gas fireplace.

Owners were responsive and kind. Would have liked to have directions for heat and gas fireplace when I arrived Big problem for me was Santa Monica Airport nearby, with heavy air traffic and noise.

Exceeded expectations

I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay. Everything was just great. Conveniently located in Santa Monica in a quiet neighbourhood that felt really safe (something to consider in L.A.), 15 min walk from public transportation, 30 min walk from Venice Beach. Supermarket and laundry place close by. The house was beautiful, the furniture was stylish. It was equipped with all that we needed for cooking and making coffee in the morning. The floors were clean, sheets felt fresh, towels were abundant. Communication with the host really top notch, they answered all my messages very quickly and reminded me several times that they live close by and to reach out if I needed. I also loved that the door could be opened with a code instead of a key, as it always adds a bit of stress to have to carry a key around. Air conditioning saved us from the heat during this exceptionally hot week in Los Angeles. The bed was comfortable. The toilet is even equipped with a “Tushy”, something we Italians especially appreciate considering we never find our beloved bidets abroad. I could go on for hours so I’ll stop here. Needless to say that considering the prices in Los Angeles my stay didn’t feel like a waste of money at all. I would recommend it to a friend. I would stay at this place again next time I visit L.A.

Great location

This property was ideally located for us. It was comfortable and quiet except for the odd plane going by. Very walkable and safe area of town. The bathroom could have a refresh but overall very nice property. We had an issue at first with the TV but it was resolved very quickly.

Nice - as advertised

It's a nice place with a view of the putting green of a local golf course (across the street). I thought that was fun. There are a couple of places to sit outside but it happened to be cool so we didn't use them, but they would have been nice on the right day. You have complete privacy. While the owners are next door - you have a completely private entry. Park on 21st (as in front of the place is no parking). If you like to sleep in a dark place, this isn't it as there are street lights that make the room fairly light for the night. I used a sleep mask and it was no problem.

Wonderful rental in residential area directly across from gold course in Santa Monica. Large studio with high ceiling and architectural space with all the accoutrements: sink, fridge, microwave, stove, big TV screen, etc. Also nice bedding and plenty of seating as well as dinner table and chairs. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. Great value as well. A
