4th of July in Marina del Mar

Had a great and relaxing vacation visiting the marina and Venice Beach. The unit rental was great! It was clean, roomy, safe, and had lots of amenities in the room. Very nice place and convenient location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Literally slept and showered there, did not have time to use amenities, so it was fine and location was great!Appreciated having the parking spot, but finding itwas a little bit of a challenge, the first time. Door entry was difficult until we figured out to use your hand to touch the pad to turn the lights on instead of one finger. No washcloths provided.There was a hauling dog both mornings, but that is not something you all can control.Feel the cleaning cost of 135, is insane and no real flexibility with the 10am departure time (we wanted more time due to taking a redeye out) was a bummer.

We did not use the pool and spa. Several minor issues reduced our overall rating from a five to a four. The minor issues were: the bathtub drain stopper got stuck in the closed position; we were told not to use the garbage disposal; the front door handle was loose and caused a temporary lockout, the dishwasher was not anchored properly; there was a missing slap in the vertical blinds;and while there was adequate silverware, there were no serving utensils.
