There were a few positives, the owner is extremely nice, met us when we arrived and gave us good details, and dishes, silverware, bed sheets, shampoo, and a luggage rack are provided. The owner has a very friendly dog that loves to play, and the location is great. That's about all of the positives though, as far as negatives, there is no storage areas, the one and only closet is full of the owners clothes, so you are living out of a suitcase for your entire stay. The drawers are also full of the owners things or bed sheets, so those cannot be used either. There is no bathroom sink, you must use the kitchen sink for everything. The shower is made for short skinny people, if you don't meet this criteria, you might have problems. I am 5'7", about 175 and I struggled, the shower head is a little taller than I am and there is not much room to move around. There is a skylight in the ceiling, so the entire room is lit up with sunlight at 6am, whether you want it to be or not, and there is mold and cobwebs around the skylight, and the garage door is sealed with tape and the tape is peeling and moldy. The mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard, so we had difficulties sleeping. The kitchen cabinet door does not stay closed, so you run into it when you turn around. This bungalow is actually a garage that has been cheaply converted into a very small bungalow, and it appears there isn't much maintenance given to fix things.
