Experience a month-long retreat in our stylish Santa Monica studio. Enjoy a queen bed and 2 single-foldable mattresses, perfect for flexibility and comfort. Conveniently located near the beach and local attractions, book now for the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience.

A $1,000 damage deposit will be applied to the guest’s account during the stay. Provided no damage is found to the house, furniture, or equipment, the full deposit will be released back to the guest’s account within 5 days after checkout.
House Rules:
1. Please refrain from playing loud music to ensure a peaceful environment. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down.
2. Maintain the unit's tranquility and cleanliness during your stay.
3. After 10 pm, kindly avoid hosting parties or playing loud music outside to respect the quiet hours and neighborhood peace.
