Awesome So Cal Cottage!

This small cottage was perfect for 2 of us. We had family over and relaxed and visited by the pool. Everything was clean and we were provided with everything we needed. This is a great location for Westwood, Santa Monica and the airport. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning if it's available.

Wonderful poolside cottage

In town for four nights to attend our daughter’s college graduation and have fun. convenient location. Host was very attentive and pleasant. We will rebook next time in town.

The perfect weekend!

Lovely neighborhood, beautiful cottage with a pool and the best host ever! We had everything we needed and more! Comfy beds, great coffee, and a pretty view of the pool!

Culver City Cottage

Monika was a great host and was always accommodating. She communicated well and checked us in to ensure we were ready to go by answering all of our questions. The space is quaint but enough room where my spouse and I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is very refreshing and the additional shared space is awesome to lounge in. It was not an issue but the air conditioner is a little loud and kept half the room cool. The fan provided did circulate the cool air around a bit. Off street parking was nice for our car rental and the location was perfect for us. Many great places to eat within walking distance and easy access to the 405 to get anywhere else including a very short drive to Venice Beach.

Everything is just as it looks in the posting. Adorable cottage on quiet street. Great central location. Monica was a wonderful host. The pool was wonderful during the hot afternoons. We loved it!

Perfect Cottage Stay!

Amazing stay! Cottage is perfect and cozy — comfy bed, convenient kitchenette, and clean bathroom. Safe neighborhood, walkable to Millcross cafe, Sage (vegetarian restaurant), Moto Ramen, and more! And Monika the host is the sweetest, most hospitable host. My stay couldn’t have been better!

Lovely stay in Culver City

The cottage style at this place is so inviting. The backyard is very lovely. The host is extremely kind and friendly. Giving plenty of recommendations for the area and also making herself available whenever needed. Also a ton of privacy. Area has tons of restaurants to eat and stuff to order on uber. I can't wait to visit again.

Lovely Stay!

We were in town for my sister's wedding and needed a central location to stay in and this place was great. I would stay here again if ever in town. Monika was such a kind and thoughtful host, and also very communicative. She let us know if we needed anything else, just to ask. The place had everything we needed. Kitchen basics, iron, clean sheets and towels, laundry if needed, and it was also very spacious for two people. The pool was also nice, but the weather was too cool to utilize it.

Perfect oasis

Monika was so accommodating! She greeted me and my two sons on our arrival and showed us around. We had access to the pool and her sun room. Washer and dryer were also provided. My boys took full advantage of the pool and piano. We were four miles from Venice Beach and about 10 minutes from the Santa Monica Pier. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to back! Perfect spot for a work/pleasure trip

We have completely enjoyed our stay. Our host Monika could not have been more helpful and kind. She even left us a bowl of candy outside our door on Halloween and adjusted our check-in and check-out times to fit our travel plans and gave us snacks. The space is bright, and just as the pictures show. There is a desk and center island to work on so as I remote worker, I was happy. It has a nice pool we enjoyed and many beautiful flowers and fruit trees. The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and close to the beach and the highways. We have everything we need and Monika answers texts with questions right away. This is on our definitely stay again list.

A soft place to land

I really enjoyed my stay here and didn't want to leave! I had some rough travels and I came here exhausted and strung out. It was the perfect place for me to unwind and catch my breath. It really comes through how much thought and care Monika has invested to ensure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. I loved the rustic cottage charm feel of the place and it kind of reminded me of my grandmothers house as a child. Just something about it that felt like home. Monika definitely gave me my space, but she made me feel very comfortable to ask for anything I needed at the same time. She's very kind and welcoming, and even helped me find my keys when I thought I lost them. This place has great reviews for a reason, it's such a gem. Thank you for everything Monika!

Great location and reasonable accommodations just prepare for smoke

The house is fine and reasonably well located. It has everything we needed but there was strong cigarette smoke smell from the main house that permeated the rental and even the outdoor furnishings. The pool is unheated and there is no heater on the pool. We actually left early bc it was so uncomfortable with the smoke smell. The bathroom was also mildewy. On the second to last day we couldn’t get a hold of the owner to figure out the trash situation. The owner was very chatty and also an anti-vaxxee which actually made me uncomfortable bc I was staying there with my young kids. She described exposing kids to chickenpox as a good practice and suggested doing the same with covid. Overall it was a stressful stay given everything going on in the world.
