We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Especially noteworthy is the fact that the kitchen is equipped as well as our own. So, even though there are many great restaurants nearby, it is also quite easy to make very good meals at home with groceries from the supermarket that is also within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and again, and we have.
Our stay at Cheryl's place was outstanding! It was extremely clean, well-stocked and comfortable. It felt like home! The location was perfect for our month-long stay, close to beach and great restaurants in Santa Monica with easy access to other parts of Los Angeles. It was very easy working with Cheryl who made our stay even more special. We look forward to another visit!
The condo was very comfortable and well-located for our 10-week stay this winter. Cheryl is very communicative and very helpful. The kitchen is amazing. We made a lot of our meals there and found every utensil, pot, pan and appliance we could have wanted. We will be back!

The location is wonderful. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the ocean .Both Wilshire and Montana streets offer restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and there is nearby supermarket as. well.
Street parking is available, and there is also an indoor garage space.
We can’t wait to return!
Location, Location, Location - Need I say more. In addition the home was fabulous. I wanted for nothing. Fabulous deck where I had dinner every night - great kitchen where I cooked that dinner Couldn't have asked for a better property.
My Family and I had a wonderful stay at Cheryl's beautiful beach property.
Cheryl is an amazing host and there on hand if you need anything.
The property was very well equipped with anything you may need and a great location to the beach/Montana Ave and Downtown Santa Monica.
I definitely recommend staying here.

We spent a terrific summer in this apartment. It was exactly as expected. Perfect location, excellent neighborhood. There is so much we could do just within walking distance (beach, 3rd street, parks, supermarket, pier, sport, library....). And Cheryl has been super nice and very responsive every time we had a question. The apartment is just great, we enjoyed the very large balcony where we could have all of our meals. We spent a lot of time in Santa Monica these past years and this apartment is hard to beat ! we strongly recommend !!!

I grew up here and cannot say enough FABULOUS things about West Side LA!! You can find something to do every minute of the day and night - or you can choose to do nothing but relax at the beach!! One of California's BEST selling features is its natural beauty - so bask in the ocean, revel in the hiking, spend time in the desert - and don't miss out in a drive up the Pacific Coast Highway. Vitamin D is the best medicine - and we have no shortage of it!! ENJOY!!

This property is turnkey!! Just unlock and enjoy. The beautiful exterior is reminiscent of a chateau in France and the interior is nearly 100% Restoration Hardware. The outdoor dining option is one of my favorite features, but you'll have to send me a note with your fave!!
