The space was wonderful! ! Location was perfect-very safe and secure area. Lovely walk to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and retail stores. The hostess was readily available to answer any of our questions through messaging. Definitely will be looking to rent this space again on our next trip.

Great 1 bedroom near Santa Monica Pier

Unit was clean and ready to go when I arrived for my business trip. It’s in a super walkable part of the city near the pier and promenade which made it a great spot to go sight seeing and grab food when I wasn’t working. Owners did a great job of communicating, including a slightly different check-in process. Will stay here again.

Amazing stay!! There was all the appliances I needed to make my meals, as well as basic ingredients you wouldn’t want to buy for a short trip. The check in process was very easy and self explanatory in my opinion and the host reached out every day to make sure everything was comfortable for our stay. 10/10 would stay here again. Location was very ideal as well, right next to downtown, shopping, the beach, and Santa Monica pier. The room was very cozy and cute. Loved this experience!!

Room was clean and had some bath items to use, coffee pods, spices and extra blankets and pillows. Finding the lockbox was a bit of a challenge as the hosts pictures did not load in the correct order so I was walking around building looking for it for a little bit. Great communication but there are a lot of homeless people around. This is the way it is in CA though. I just gave them my food to help them a little.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It had everything we needed, and the host was super nice and responsive. There was a little miscommunication about the parking spot at first—I assumed it was in the lot, but it was actually in the garage. Once that was cleared up, everything was smooth. I also loved how convenient the location was, especially being so close to Target. The only downside was that there were a few homeless people outside when walking around. They minded their own business, but it was a little sad to see. An ironing board would’ve been handy, but overall the apartment was well equipped. Great stay, and would definitely recommend!
