Luxury Cottage on Lake Minocqua

Welcome to Chatham Cottage at the Coachlite Resort on Lake Minocqua, one mile from Downtown Minocqua. Chatham was remodeled in 2014. With 4 bedrooms, a futon in the living room, and 2 1/2 bathrooms, Chatham will accommodate 10 comfortably. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are new but the renovations have preserved the cottage charm. Amenities include new appliances, granite countertops, French doors leading to a deck, four LED TV's, WiFi, AC, sandy swimming area, and use of a dock slip. We offer long-term rentals during the fall/winter/spring.

Summer Getaway

Chatham Cottage was extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space for a group of 8 and kitchen stocked with most anything you could need. Lots of loon sightings and close by town and the Bearskin Nature Trail. Access to multiple lakes for fishing. Owners very easy to work with. We are booked for next year!

Minocqua 2024

We love the Minocqua area and the Chatham cottage couldn’t have been more perfect for us. It was stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need, great location, many seating areas down on the dock, and the cabin was charming. We had cards, games, beach towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, toilet paper, the list could go on and on … and a lovely basket with two bottles of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Will absolutely stay here again.

Nice place!

Very clean home with all of the amenities. Easy communication with owner. Beds very comfortable, showers hot, friendly resort neighbors. Stairs to lake quite steep. Enjoyed the loon family throughout the trip and their beautiful haunting calls. Plenty of sunfish for the kids to catch/release. Location very close to town so quick trip to shopping, restaurants, water ski show. Great vacation!

Summer Fun

Our family returned for another summer vacation at Chatham Cottage. Location is great as it is situated right on Lake Minocqua with access to several adjoining lakes for fishing and water fun. Cabin has comfortable beds and is well-stocked with necessities. Only a few minutes drive to all of the attractions and restaurants in downtown Minocqua. Easy communication with owner. We love the big table for family meals and games in the evenings!
