Welcome, this home is extremely comfortable and is very close to many waterfront restaurants and shopping. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood is perfect while relaxing in our beautiful lanai covered pool area. Pool is heated so enjoy a great temperature even on a cooler day! Luxurious furnishings, 3 Bedroom 2 baths. TV's in all rooms with wifi and streaming capabilities as well as many board games.

We are a family in real estate and live up in Wisconsin. We took a trip down to Cape Coral last August and fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to have a home there.
