In a small village, this 18th-century Bourbonnais-style house has been fully restored. Located near the owners' main house (accessed via a shared first gate), it is independent, separated from the owners' house by an electric gate. The atmosphere is both authentic, with traditional stone and wood materials, and contemporary, with comfort and carefully chosen decor.
On the ground floor, the living area comprises an open-plan kitchen with a living room and wood-burning stove, and a shower room/WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms in the converted attic: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Electric heating with reversible air conditioning. Enclosed courtyard, terrace with electric griddle, parking, and a small vegetable garden are available for guests. The A71 motorway is 18 km away. Vichy, a spa town, is 35 km away. Gannat is 19 km away. Charroux, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France," is 7 km away. Ebreuil, lake and canoeing 13 km away.
