About this property

This historic two-bedroom casita has been completely renovated from the floorboards to the roof. It is perfectly situated just behind the Railyard Historical District only one block from the famous Guadalupe Church. Agua Fria El Rito Casita is within walking distance to the Plaza, and one block from the Railyard where you can find great shopping, activities, and of course amazing food! The Railyard is home to Santa Fe's only Farmers Market!

King beds, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. Full A/C, WiFi, off-street parking, two flat-screen Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime), stainless steel appliances, and many other amenities complete this wonderful downtown retreat!

***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 30lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.

Great Getaway

This space was perfect for two couples on a couple’s weekend. The host thought of everything! The rooms were clean and quiet with no outside noise. The space is walking distance to shopping and local food on the plaza, and is a short drive from hot springs for a soak and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Walkable to Railyard and Joseph's Table

so enjoyed morning strolls for coffee and to the RR Martin Theatre for drinks and a movie- lovely neighborhood, also the Joseph's Table restaurant was delicious and able to get a table without a reservation on the weekend at 5 pm so catch a 7 pm play

Great location & walkable to everything!

Beautiful Casita

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Casita. We were there with another couple and we had plenty of space and all our needs for the stay were met…even nice comfy robes. Great walking location for most of the things we did while in Santa Fe.

Loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Great Wine shop, right down the road, the Farmer's Market and restaurants! Perfect back porch sitting area to have coffee and a glass of wine at the end of the day!

Total comfort

Property fit our needs as 2 couples. Beds were luxurious and all slept well! Living area very nice to relax in. Outdoor space was a pleasure to enjoy our morning coffee at. Recommend highly. Management was very hands off, which was appreciated, but communicated well so we were never left in the dark.
