Semi-detached house located 150 meters from the beach and opposite the beach shopping center.

This holiday home comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen, and a utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, both opening onto a balcony. On the second floor, there is a mezzanine with a single bed opening onto a small outdoor area.

The advantages of this seaside house: a lovely terrace with garden furniture, numbered private parking, and a comfortable setting for a successful family holiday. Rated 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Sheets and towels are not provided. These can be reserved by contacting the agency 10 days before your arrival and paid for on site: rental of sheets, towels, tea towels, and bath mats.
