Good location
Locating the property was not hard through Google maps. The stay was comfortable and close to grocery stores gas stations etc. The property inside is a little outdated but comfortable none the less. We had some maintenance issues in the beginning but the rental company sent someone out that same day. One thing I do advise is that if you go during the winter time you will need chains the property is located inside an uphill subdivision and you will not be able to enter if the road is not clear. Overall great stay and location would definitely recommend.

Could have been quaint but…
Nice location, great view of the mountains, great little neighborhood and close to attractions. The but… is in the management. There was a lack of communication from the start. I went to the property address, because it was sent via VRBO. When I could not find the code to get in through any email chain. I remembered having seen the rental company name in some of my emails previously and spotted the building on the way to the property. I drove down to the Condotel building to ask what I was missing in order to get into the property. They told me I had to check in there to get into the property, but I am not sure why this was necessary. The paperwork they gave me was only the door code and checkout procedures which I had in an email, but otherwise worthless. We got into the property turned some lights on only to realize that many bulbs were burnt out. Once counted it was 7 bulbs, which with dark rustic wood paneling made for a dark experience. I scavenged the bulbs that worked for the best locations in the house Ie. the kitchen so you could see something in the family area. I found a router for wifi, but there was no wifi to access or directions on how to connect in the house. Would have been something to touch on at check in. The master bath outlet was dead so no hairdryer in the bathroom or shaver and the tub in the second bath drained so slow that even in a quick shower you stood in dirty water. Condotel has this very neat message system I found on the site so I sent them a note with all of the issues the first night, but never received a response. I was there to visit family in town so I was busy and it wasn’t until the last night that I had a chance to make it back to the office to ask about the wifi password. They told me there should have been a binder in the house, but I had looked everywhere and there was no binder. Then the person explained it was easy to get the WiFi password from the modem. It is called preshared key on the bottom of the router. Great, but if I am not tech savvy why don’t you check over your properties from time to time to make sure everything is there and in working order. I could have fixed most of these problems myself, but should I really have to? Not a bad place, but the management company needs to step up its game.
