Great location. Somewhat walking distance to the main strip. It’s up a steep hill, but less then half a mile walk. About a 45 min drive to Ski Apache and 15 min to Ruidoso Winter Park. My kids loved the house. The arcade game was fun for them. Functional and cozy. Nice upgrades. The patio was a great hangout spot. A

Unstocked and not clean.

The place did not look or feel clean. The floors were full of animal hair and dirt. Was not swept. I sat on the couch immediately got a splinter the couches felt so dirty and were also full of hair. I needed pet friendly but even we cleaned after our pet. We left it cleaner then when we got there. The towels also smelled bad.
