Relax among the pines while enjoying comfort, thoughtful design, and a peaceful retreat just minutes from Midtown dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure.

The space
Our multi-level mountain condo is thoughtfully designed to provide both comfortable gathering spaces and private areas for relaxation, making it ideal for couples, families, and small groups.

The main floor features an open-concept layout with exceptional views of Sierra Blanca. The living room centers around a cozy gas fireplace and entertainment area perfect for streaming your favorite movies. Adjoining the living space is a rustic dining area with seating for six, plus bar seating for two, flowing seamlessly into the newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen complete with modern cabinetry and a Keurig coffee maker. The primary suite, also located on the main floor, offers a king-size bed, TV, walk-in shower, ample storage, and both a private entrance and convenient access to the powder room.

The second floor includes two guest bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, TV, wardrobe, and closet. These bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or groups traveling together. Also on this level is a dedicated media room featuring a queen pull-out sofa, providing additional space for relaxing.

The lower level is designed for fun and recreation, featuring a game room with a full size over full size bunk bed
and game table—perfect for gatherings and evening entertainment. A private bathroom on this floor adds convenience and comfort for guests enjoying this space.

Located within the desirable Pinon Park Condominium Complex, the home combines mountain-inspired architecture with beautifully maintained grounds that reflect the surrounding pine forest and natural landscape. Throughout the condo, guests will find inviting spaces designed for connection, relaxation, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of Ruidoso.

This place was amazing!The location was convenient and not too far from many things like church, stores, gas station, movie theater, etc. We really liked the mountain view from one of the bedroom's balcony. We liked that the place was not cluttered, it was spacious, and clean. It was equipped with everything you have at home so it truly felt like home away from home.You won't be disappointed with this rental as it is all that it advertises to be! Thank you for making our stay in Ruidoso a comfortable and memorable one!
