The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo offering a Queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with access to the Full Size In Unit, Washer & Dryer. Its is easy to fall in love with the Open Concept floorplan of the Arbor Model, which features an Open Concept Kitchen with an island, an eat-in Breakfast bar & formal dining space with seating for 4. The beautifully designed living area is perfect for relaxing after an exciting day out on the golf course! 1 Gigabit Fiber Internet & High Speed Streaming Service is Provided so that you can enjoy all of your favorite TV Shows during your stay. Guests are also welcome to use the 2 Bicycles and / or an electric Motor Scooter that is provided with this unit. The Terrace Condos offer an Elevator and an outdoor Storage Closet for each Unit, which is located just across the hall from your front door. Enjoy the stay.
We really enjoyed staying at Ranch. The community is really great. It’s nice to have a small town feel to it. We would stay here again. Hopefully the resort style pool will be done on time.
