The house and the swimming pool are entirely private.
This secondary house that we called the Gite d'Origne located south of Bordeaux in Gironde remains a house which only belongs to the tenants and there is no sharing with other people.
She really has great assets depending on the season!

Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each 140cm and in one of them, there is also a bunk bed, so 2 beds (a baby travel cot can be loaned) . The bathroom includes a shower but also a bathtub. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room to allow everyone to stay together. Board games are available but for work or so that our favorite teenagers can communicate with their friends, don't panic! Wi-Fi is included!
Outside, a courtyard for enjoying an aperitif, a convivial table for outdoor meals under an arbor and its wisteria.
The house is quiet, truly in nature. Being a lady of brick and wood, it is very cool in the summer and does not need air conditioning.

In summer, the weather in Gironde is beautiful! And the Gite d’Origne with its secure swimming pool will allow you rest and peace of mind if you are with young children. The built-in barbecue and the outdoor table will offer you large, friendly tables!
The swimming pool is 10 x 5 m with a depth of 1 m for half and a pit at 1.80 m. It is not heated.
In the fall, it's the ideal time to "hunt" for the porcini mushrooms that surround you and the promise of beautiful pan-fried dishes.
In winter, the beautiful, large fireplace and its huge table will accompany you in your family or friendly gatherings.
And in spring... mmmm... these gentle walks in the Gironde Landes forest which is located south of Bordeaux are taken to the sound of the bellowing of the deer and the deafening noise of the birds waking up in the forest :)

TO LOCATE THE “ORIGNE” VILLAGE:
You are between 30-45 minutes south of Bordeaux (St Jean station is 48 minutes away!), 2 hours north of Toulouse via the motorway, 1h15 from Agen and we have the advantage of being close to the Atlantic Ocean 45 minutes from Biscarosse, the Dune du Pyla and 1 hour from Arcachon, while being far from the summer tumult!
But the house is also just 10 minutes from the Hostens leisure center, 5 minutes from the Louchats stables, 15 minutes from the Villandraut nautical base and 20 minutes from that of Baume. Within a radius of less than 20 km, you will discover the prestigious Sauternes wine castles, historic castles (Cazenave, Roquetaillade, Villandraut...) but also you will discover the medieval villages of Bazas, La Réole, Rions, St Macaire, the Bastides between two seas...

2- Possibility of supplying linen: €10 per bed - €5/lot of towels -€3/pool towel
3- An electrical reading (between €5 and €30/week depending on whether it is summer or winter. The swimming pool on a separate meter, the responsibility of the owners)
4-Tourist tax: €0.92
5- The deposit: €500 to be paid on arrival
