In case it matters to some ..One need to go through the kitchen to go to the downstair bedroom and just to the only toilet ( with wobbly sliding door ).
Very steep stairs to go to the the only bathroom and other 2 bedroom.

Le lieu au premier abords fait ancien mais l'appartement est très beau et très propre également. Si vous êtes plusieurs et de passage sur Rennes, je recommande vivement ce logement !

Le Saint-Louis "L'appartamento, che si sviluppa su due piani, è in posizione super centrale (centro storico) ed è arredato con gusto. Tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato qualche difetto che ha un po' abbassato la nostra valutazione complessiva. In particolare, è presente, come indica la descrizione, un solo bagno: l'unico WC è situato al primo piano, è cieco ed è immediatamente adiacente alla cucina (no antibagno). Al secondo piano è presente un bagno (senza WC) con doccia e un piccolo lavandino. Essendo noi in 5, è stato un po' scomodo.
Per il resto, l'appartamento è ristrutturato di recente, dispone di tutti i servizi necessari e di tutte le comodità per trascorrere una piacevole permanenza."

Le Saint-Louis Très bon séjour, dans un appartement très agréable, bien décoré et très bien équipé (on peut faire la cuisine et c'est très appréciable !). Bruyant dans la rue le samedi soir mais l'appartement est assez bien insonorisé. Et très pratique pour se promener dans le centre de Rennes, tout est très accessible. Logement très propre et bon accueil en arrivant. Je préfère les logements chez l'habitant normalement, mais celui-ci a un petit air de chez soi.

Le Saint-Louis a estadia foi muito boa. fomos vem recepcionados, as regras foram muito claras quanto ao check-out. A localização do apartamento é perfeita, próxima a estação do metrô, dentro do centro antigo. o apartamento é confortável e espaçoso.
