In a magnificent 50m2 apartment delivered in September 2021, offering a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a terrace.



The old town of Annecy being a few minutes on foot or by bicycle, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without having to take your car.



You have a garage for 1 car as well as a bicycle storage room at your disposal.



The mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking

- Bed linen: 17.90 euros/person + Towels: 3€/person, to be paid before your arrival via a secure payment link sent directly by the agency.



Upon arrival, if there is a change in the bed configuration that was not previously communicated to the agency, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.



Housekeeping and linen hire are two mandatory extras:



Housekeeping includes:

- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows

- cleaning the bathroom and toilets

- disinfecting the accommodation



The housekeeping does not include:

- cleaning, drying and storing dishes

- storage of furniture and equipment in the accommodation

- taking out food from the fridge



The beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.



The accommodation has a 4-star classification, ideally designed for 2 people



As stipulated in the announcement, we wish to remind you that events and festivities are prohibited, and sanctions could be taken against you if the neighbourhood were to contact us.



The residence was delivered with cameras placed in all properties, obviously the cameras are not working. We have the owners' certification that the system is inactive.
