Dobrý apartmán
Blízko k moru aj k reštaurácii, s ktorou sme boli spokojní. Do starého mesta Rovinj pešo cca 15 minút. Vedľa domu je park.

nie warto
- brak światłą w pokoju głównym, zalana łazienka 7 dni w tygodniu (nieszczelne WC), telewizor atrapa? - brak pilota do sat, brak kabla antenowego, ogólnie żenada, kuchnia 1 m kwadratowy, część zdjęć w ofercie to zwykła klatka schodowa, zagospodarowanie terenu beznadziejne, brak klimy., wg nas wartość apartamentu to ok 30 E za dobę nie więcej

Gute Lage, große Wohnung, auf einfachem Niveau
Eine große Wohnung in Appartmentanlage in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Eigentümer (täglich anwesend!). Mit sehr spartanischer Ausstattung: keine Klimaanlage, kein Ventilator, Mobiliar recht abgewohnt, Sanitärbereich ebenfalls, alles etwas renovierungsbedürftig, da in Ost-West-Ausrichtung abends sehr heiß. Keine Handtücher, kaum Küchengerät, WLAN nur auf dem Balkon und anfällig.
Lage im Ort ist ruhig, zum Zentrum 15min zu Fuß. Nächste Bademöglichkeit (nicht schön) 3min. zu Fuß. Schöne aber felsige Bademöglichkeiten per Rad oder Auto in 15 - 20min.
