With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun. The property is equipped with DVD rental boxes- guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa and hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a new 10-seat spa/hot tub. As such, the current spa and hot tub will be unavailable until fall 2024. Guests may use Bluegreen Resort's spa and hot tub free of charge during this upgrade.

Weekend trip
Great location close to both boardwalks food and fun. Both boardwalks are within a mile short uber or nice walk. Bummz Beach café great food just down the street. Breakfast at magnolias is a typical buffet.

The oceanfront view was awesome!!! Staff was very friendly. We were told we couldn't check in until 4:00 to ensure room was cleaned. I understand that being at the ocean you are going to have sand in your rooms. I swept the room floor daily...sometimes multiple times. The table and chairs hadn't been cleaned for sometime. I had to clean that. The front of the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned.

**The TRUTH**: This property will be 'Hit OR MISS' For YOU; Gamble, and Take a Chance or much safer to just CHOOSE ELSEWHERE for same pricing! I rarely ever write reviews, ever. But unfortunately my non-stop disappointments and struggles here in a short 48 hr stay was pushed over the moon by the horrific front desk experience... rude nasty clerks at checkout. 1. Arrival: Floor was disgusting. Shoes and feet stuck to floor. Floor caked with nasty disgusting dirty water. Utterly gross. And I am not picky!! It was that bad. 2. Note: You will be Charged a daily cleaning fee yet property does not clean daily, only prior to arrival and after departure. Yet be prepared for daily cleaning fee... and in my case, upon arrival, floor was disgusting... **had to clean it myself using towels and clean water** 3. Had to call security at 1:15am for noise. Couldn't sleep, party goers near my room. Noise resumed after security tried to help quiet them down. 4. Second night. DVD PLAYER BROKEN. Decided to stay in and watch a movie 2nd night... but = no go. Had to call MAINTENANCE to come to room and repair broken DVD. Was very later and delayed any chance of peaceful movie night. 5. 2nd night = Noise once again from party goers late at night. Couldn't sleep again. Did not call security second night since first night it only helped temporarily til they finally went to bed at 3am. 6. FRONT DESK TREATMENT AT CHECKOUT WAS WORST EXPERIENCE IN ALL OF MY YEARS. I did not ask for anything, simply attempted to politely share my experiences at check out with the two clerks: THEY WERE RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, SHOWED ZERO CONCERN OR SYMPATHY, NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED. JEREMY THURMAN rudely stated 1. "We aren't responsible for cleaning, that's an outside service" (re: toxic floor) 2. "We don't keep records of maintenance" (re: broken DVD) 3. "I'm not concerned about noise and question it; cause we didn't have any other noise complaints" (re: had to call security 1:15 am). UNBELIEVABLE 7. Was told GM would give me a ring via text by Vacasa after floor situation on first day... but no one ever called. Finally reached out to GM of property long after checkout... she was very nice and apologized. Never heard back from her after that. IF YOU STAY HERE, IT WILL BE HIT OR MISS. ANY PROBLEMS YOU MIGHT HAVE WILL BE ON YOUR OWN SHOULDERS...EXPECT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CONCERN ABOUT ANY ISSUES YOU MAY ENCOUNTER. Positives: Nice beach, Check in attendants were polite, location good, Free DVD's, Free Breakfast. Free parking. Hate writing a bad review (first ever)... but front desk clerks RUDE behavior was BEYOND UNACEPTABLE.

Mediocre Service
Overall, wasn’t too thrilled with the service, to be honest. Our first night there, we found out our shower didn’t work (the temperature of the water was either super hot or cold, no in between.) The maintenance employee tried to play it off that he fixed it and my boyfriend asked about the water temperature. The guy then was honest and said it was either hot or cold. They then put us in a different room for our first night, when we paid for a ocean front room and didn’t have that. Then we couldn’t really do anything our first full day of our vacation, because they said that we had to stick around and wait for a call saying that we could move our stuff back to our original room after they had the shower fixed. The employees weren’t very personable. We got the call midday and had to move all of our stuff again. We genuinely were understanding, but I feel like the whole situation could have been handled a little better personally. — The room also had a weird smell to it. I can’t fully describe it but the smell was not a good one. It smelt dirty. — Despite all of this, we made our vacation the best we could! Trying to be out of the room as much as possible. Always have to look for the positive!
