Check-in wasn't bad, but it wasn't at the property. They allowed us to arrive a little early. We appreciated that. The place was nice and adequate. The first night we could not sleep because of the noise emanating from the street until 5 am. I contacted the host and asked if it is normal. He said the nose level depends on activities in the area. He apologized. He granted our request for late checkout at noon the next day. He hoped we would have better rest the 2nd night, but it was more of the same thing, loud noises including screaming. The apt shook from the base of the music and it seemed as if it was inside the apt. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I contacted the host again and informed him that we were leaving early at 8 am because we didn't get any sleep again. THEN he apologized again and he said the noise may have come from the club below. All that time he knew! The pictures only show the street where you enter but the apt is in the back of the building so it faces the street behind which has a club! You would never know unless you're disturbed by the noise. I included an image of the club with the window to the apt above it. Unless you are into the party scene avoid this rental at all cost!
