There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

The whole experience was great. The property was very clean. The front staff were very helpful. The doggie area was clean and very accessible. One of the elevators went down and they fixed it right away. Anytime I needed to get in touch with Vacasa they responded quickly. The room was very clean. It was well stocked.

Solid place to stay for a low-budget, quick get away.

This resort is a great place to stay if you are like us and just wanted a cost efficient place for your quick get away. Housekeeping did a terrific job cleaning, and we got an early-check in which was great. The only issues we had was with the electricity in the room and the plumbing in the bathroom. Specifically, the light in the kitchen flickered on and off and eventually just didn’t come on, one of the lamps in the room was not working, and the bathtub didn’t drain properly while we were there. Overall though, not a bad place to stay for a quick trip. Very clean otherwise and very close to other amenities.

The view was great but we had to sweep up popcorn from the ceiling constantly maintenance tried to address it but really needs to be removed . We had to request that the bathroom be re cleaned twice due to hair in bathtub and stain toilet seat

We enjoyed Everything... well maintained, clean, with a friendly staff. Caters to pets and their "parents". Easy beach access, eventhough a ramp instead of steps at at least one of the access points would be nice. We will DEFINITELY be staying at Ocean Park Resort anytime we visit Myrtle Beach.

It's ok...

Floors in room were extremely slippery. Bed and pillows very hard. Bathroom needed a good cleaning. Tub and shower had been painted and paint was chipping. Water pressure was way to much for the shower head that was installed, it literally hurt to stand under the water, felt like it was stinging the skin.
