location was perfect!!! previous stays in St Martin were in Grand Cas but staying in Orient Beach was wonderful. Beach was literally a 2 minutes walk as were 7 great restaurants with a variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner.Villa itself had everything we needed and Host provided thoughtful welcome package in our refrigerator. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Martin. The condo is so close to the village and the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The location of the house is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. The host was incredibly accommodating, which we truly appreciated. Wonderful Stay in Saint Martin

This place was ideally located with restaurants the next block over and the many beach bars within a short walk. Management met us at the place to let us in promptly when we arrived. Beautiful and clean place. The pool was perfect for our kids who used it in the evenings after we came back from the beach. We rented a car while we stayed and the assigned parking spot is right out the door. Would stay again.

Great stay in Orient Bay

Maison les Sucriers was perfect for my family (me, husband, and 12 y.o. son) for our spring break vacation. We loved the 2-bedroom, 2-story layout, the location in Orient Bay steps away from restaurants and shopping, and -especially- the backyard with pool. This was our 3rd trip to St. Martin in the past year, and we would definitely return to this rental. The only warnings I have for future guests are just part of visiting Orient Bay, not the fault of our hosts: sometimes the water goes out (in April it was only in the middle of the night, and guests should have extra bottled water to drink and containers of water to flush a toilet if needed) and sugar ants are always trying to invade the kitchen (so guests should keep counters as clean as possible and may need use ant spray every couple of days, or so).
