Very small room. Cobwebs in the curtains. Steep stairs to room. Bed was comfy.Contact with host was difficult, in person she was unfriendly. I couldn't open her messages. She chewed my friend out royally about my not following instructions in her emails when we were forced to go to her front door.

Easy to find and everything is exactly as it appears in the listing. A very clean and comfortable place to rest after exploring. This location was perfect for exploring the area and a quick walk to town for dinner or breakfast. We would absolutely come again.

The bed was great. Taking 45 minutes to reset electrical outlets just to make a cup of coffee at 5 on the morning a bit frustrating.

Cute Little Spot Close to Downtown Julian!

Perfect for a couples weekend getaway in Julian! Comfy bed, close to town and just an overall great spot! Loved that they had a little community area with an honor bar so you could grab a soda/water/beer or snack. It was a perfect stay for a long weekend in Julian.
