We are offering this charming 130 m² apartment for rent in the town of Flumet, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse dating from 1870, it comprises a lovely 70 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi is available. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 70 m² living room with TV lounge area, sofa, wood-burning stove (wood provided on request) and a dining area,
- A separate kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, fondue and raclette sets.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140*190)
- One bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and a single bed (90*190)
- One bathroom with toilet
- One separate toilet

Outside:
- Two wooden terraces facing east and south with furniture to enjoy sunny days and views of the mountains and Mont Blanc.
- A 500 m² unenclosed garden

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, crib.

The apartment is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment, within the Espace Diamant ski area.
The Seigneurs ski lift is 500 m away and the Evettes chairlift is about 2 km away.
The ski slopes are accessible with parking available 3 minutes away by car.
You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

Activities:
In winter, a multitude of snow sports activities are available in the Espace Diamant ski area with 170 km of slopes: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding, and more. But there are also many other activities, such as themed trails and orienteering courses. Finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
Or visit the ski areas of Praz sur Arly and Megève.

In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim at the Flumet lake, go trail running or rock climbing at the Carrière site, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly.

Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh, local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat, etc. You can even make your own Reblochon cheese!

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private covered parking lot (one car) and there is space to park a second car in front of it.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
By TGV to Albertville (40-minute bus transfer) from Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg, Lille.
By plane, airports:
- Geneva-Cointrin, 90 km away.
- Lyon St Exupéry, 160 km away.
- Chambéry-Aix les Bains, 90 km away
