Pure Gold, an original canal, privately owned home located on the East end of the island with a 5 min walk to the beach. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, central heat & air, 3 color cable TVs, stereo/cd player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, screen porch, 2 sun decks & floating boat dock. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***ABSOLUTELY NO PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

Does the job..

If you’re simply looking for a roof over your head with the basic necessities, like running water/electricity/AC, a short walk to the beach, & nice dock - this is it. Bring *everything* you’re going to need because the house isn’t stocked with anything whatsoever - basic seasonings, tupperware, canopener, etc. And maybe pack a mattress topper & blanket with your linens because the beds are super thin & firm with itchy blankets. I’m only being honest to prepare future guests, not deter them! We would absolutely stay here again! It did the job & we had a great time! It’s outdated & needs some TLC, but I’m happy with anything that has an outdoor shower & screened in porch…
