Great stay. The beach was just down the street. The house was very comfortable. The host was very informative on places to eat and get groceries. We had a very fun and relaxing week in this beautiful beach area!

The property inside and out was clean and visually inviting as well as very organized.Second refrigerator was very helpful. Living space was comfortable and great for entertaining the family. Host is always quick to respond! Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful beach house with perfect combination of modern touches and original charm. Beach wagon and coolers were convenient. Every pot/pan, dishes, etc we needed were available. Laundry facilities were great. While we didn’t use it, and extra frig/freezer in the laundry room was a great idea. Motion detector lights as you approach under house were helpful.

Everything was fantastic. The house is in a great location. Getting to the beach was a super easy walk (even with 4 small kids in tow). The house was in great shape and communication with the host was excellent. Can't recommend Sunset Beach and The Sandpiper enough. We had a great time.

Beautiful home, had everything we needed for a quiet relaxing vacation. Sunset beach is a place that is clean and very laid back, with great people and lots to do within a short drive. Our host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely come back again!!

The cottage was clean and obviously well-cared for. The host was polite and helpful in terms of orienting to house rules and check-in, etc. A very minor issue was resolved immediately. The whole experience was a pleasure and easy. The host has it together and we all appreciated it. We'd stay here again.

We were absolutely pleased with the accommodations. A short walk to the beach and to the afternoon sunsets. Comfortable beds. Adequately supplied with updated appliances. Would definitely stay here again.
