About this property

We’re new to VRBO and would love for you to come enjoy this comfortable, beautifully appointed property. This is a spacious, newly renovated luxury condo that features a great view of the 16th green on the Willard Byrd course and is 5 minutes from the beach. The unit has been beautifully updated with new flooring , furnishings , lighting , bedding , artwork and window treatments. The main villa features a bedroom with a king size bed , flat screen tv and tile bath. The full service kitchen has quartz countertops, mirrored tile backsplash and new stainless steel stove , refrigerator and microwave. The dining area has table seating for 4 and bar seating for4. The living room features a 55” smart tv and sliding glass doors to a furnished screen porch. High speed internet is provided.
The adjoining mini suite features 2 queen size beds , a kitchenette with quartz countertops , a full size refrigerator , mini microwave , seating area , flat screen tv and tile bath.
Sea Trail offers 3 golf courses and areas for walking and bike riding. The Community of Sea Trail hosts the Village Activity Center which has an indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi for an additional fee.
We’re located 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach, voted one of the top beaches by the National Geographic magazine. Sea Trail is close to the International Waterway, Sunset Beach Park, shopping and restaurants. It’s the perfect place for outings with friends or a quiet getaway.

The best ever!

Having stayed in various Sunset Beach condos over 50 years, we can absolutely rate this as one of the very best! Deena's condo was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and had everything one would ever need for a perfect and relaxed vacation. She thought of everything! Thank you, Deena! After Turkey Day trip to Sea Trail

Would stay here again. Lovely place, very clean and new and well equipped. The bedding and beds were new and luxurious. Not something often found at a Beach/Golf rental. Very responsive property manager.

Golf trip

Sunset Beach is beautiful and offers may amenities found in larger areas but still maintains the comfortable, smaller town atmosphere. We fell in love with this particular property because of it's location, spaciousness and view. A lot of hard work went into it's renovation and we are excited to share it with others.
