Affordable & Comfortable 2BD/2BA Sea Trail condo

Our condo, in the Champions neighborhood of Sea Trail Golf Resort, has 2BD & 2BA overlooking the 16th green of the Willard Byrd golf course of Sea Trail's three signature golf courses. The condo has a main villa & connected mini suite, perfect for 2 families or a family with children. Minutes to pristine Sunset Beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Conveniently located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC airports. Close to restaurants, shopping, and family attractions.

This is a 3rd floor unit with elevator access.

The pool across from the building is open for the season and there is no fee to use it.

The Villa has a private bedroom with 2 queen beds with en suite bathroom. 2 flat screen TVs. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, full size refrigerator & ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Iron & Ironing board provided as well.

The adjoining mini-suite. Includes 2 queen beds, a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, table for 2, sitting area, flat screen TV and work station.

Enjoy your morning coffee or toast to a perfect sunset on the all season private porch overlooking the 16th Green.

Non-smoking unit. Privately rented by owner. Wireless internet access included. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Absolutely love this condo! This was my 3rd year here and I have already booked it for next summer. The condo is well-furnished and excellently maintained. By far, this unit is better than others I have stayed in and is very reasonably priced. The hosts are wonderful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Extra Beach Stay

My family has been coming to Sunset Beach for 32 years. We spend a week in a beach house, but we spend some extra days at Sea Trail and have been doing so for several years. This is the cleanest and nicest condo we have stayed in to date. We hope to stay again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend this to others!

Unit was very clean and provided everything we needed. Well set up for us and our two young adult children. Management responded very quickly to couple of small issues which we reported. Would definitely rent unit again if we return to Sunset Beach.

Great few days!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 4 days while visiting with family who live in the area. It was a perfect location for that, and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice this unit was! So comfortable and quiet, with plenty of room. We had family over one evening for dinner, another day our 4 grandkids took advantage of the pool. We will definitely return!

Another wonderful experience

This property is just as advertised and more. Superbly maintained, clean and welcoming. A home away from home. Well equipped and easy to communicate with the propriety manager. This is at least my third if not fourth stay here - I would return in a heartbeat.

Awesome!

Property was as advertised, everything was nice and clean. The only thing I would change would be the refrigerator doors, they should be switched so you can access the fridge easier from the kitchen.

Relax and unwind

It’s was a good investment, but all the amenities weren’t available that were listed. Service was questionable also, where as I couldn’t get my tv working in the mini villa, and when I called the person (Maria) who was my contact she didn’t sound like it mattered to her. But the place itself was all together nice place, would stay again

We needed a few items from the local Food Lion. The kitchen was great. I hope we cleaned everything to your liking. We took no photos during our stay. We enjoy several of the local restaurants including our favorite...The Grape Vine.

Very nice unit. This is the second time we’ve stayed there. The only hiccup we encountered was at check-in and we did not have a parking pass, but the lady brought it over with him 15 minutes of our call.
