We welcome you to share our home away from home in the quaint community of Sunset Village. Our first-floor Condo has a panoramic view of a pond and the golf course. No Steps and Handicap accessible parking.

Beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms, two bath condo with a bright airy interior and tastefully furnished. The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with DVD/VHS COMBO, Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, and wireless internet. The master bedroom boasts one king bed, 32-inch flat-screen tv, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a garden tub/shower, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom also contains one king bed and a 32" flat-screen TV. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. One of the bathrooms has laundry space with a full-size washer/dryer.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS. Care Linen Service https://www.carelinenservice.com/ is a reasonable place to rent linens if you choose to do so.

The large, open great room has a vaulted ceiling and joins the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The living area includes a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player. The sofa converts to a full-size sleeper. Large sliding doors provide access to a private, screened porch complete with chairs with a view of the pond.

Local amenities include two swimming pools (opens April 1), 2 outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and an outdoor grill.

Sunset Village is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay, a Dan Maples-designed, award-winning 27-hole golf course. There are over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles!

Close to the beaches of Sunset Beach, which is rated as one of the best beaches in the world by National Geographic, and discover the charm of Kindred Spirit on Bird Island.

Sunset Beach is less than 10 minutes away; Ocean Isle Beach can be reached in 15 minutes and N. Myrtle Beach is a short 20-minute drive.

Calabash is just down the road and offers great seafood. If you like more variety, the N. Myrtle Beach “restaurant row” is a quick 20 minutes away.

If you are on a shopping spree, Myrtle Beach is the place to go. Within 30 to 45 minutes, you can shop hundreds of stores from Barefoot Landing to Broadway at the Beach.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the key back in the lock box and scramble the lock box code.
For cleaning purposes please text 8287291502 if you leave before 10am on check out day.
Turn off ceiling fans and turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please lock all doors at departure. A $25.00 fee will be deducted from the damage deposit when doors are left unlocked at departure.
You should assume that there are alligators in all ponds. Please be extra cautious. Do not feed or aggravate the alligators. Watch children and pets!

The location was great with wonderful views of the golf course and walkable to the large pool, although being at the front of the community meant for more traffic. The unit is a bit dated and could use some updates. We also think blackout curtains would be an easy but helpful add to the two extra bedrooms.

This place is family friendly. Large kitchen, dining area and living room combo is spacious. Screened-in porch and easily accessible grills are great bonuses! Location is 4-5 miles from several wonderful beaches with lots of the usual conveniences such as ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, mini-golf, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

We have stayed at this particular property twice for a beach/golf long weekend. The property is plenty big for the 4 adults on our trip. We found this property to be better than expected for a typical rental property; extremely clean and nice! My husband and 3 friends have now stayed at this property 3 times for an annual golf trip to the area. We travel quite a bit and have stayed many different places, and Elizabeth definitely stands out as an excellent host. Great communication and timely responses to any inquiries. The condo was exactly as listed. Clean and very well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Full size washer and dryer available. Everything you might need while away from home. The week stay was wonderful! Would recommend this rental to everyone!

Very clean, cozy, great location and development. Well taken care of. Turnkey check-in. Only thing I'd advise on is the fact that having to get your own linens (bedding, towels, etc) is a bit inconvenient - I had the benefit of family living in the same development that helped me out with that plus paper towels, cleaning supplies. Especially for linens, I dont know how as someone flying in and out in a short period would have had time/resources to get my own linens and return, etc. Also FYI on the extra mandatory insurance, it'll up your costs - plus of course the cleaning fee.

The property needs to be painted. The air vents and woodwork needs to be cleaned and painted. Cabinets need to be cleaned and painted. Utensils, pots and dishes need to be replaced or updated. Too much of decorations that collect dust. Blinds and sliding door coverings need to be replaced.
