Looking for top-notch golfing? We've got some of the premier golf courses in the area. Fishing? Fleets and rentals are less than a mile away on the Calabash River. After all, Calabash is the Seafood Capital of the World!

Overlooking a serene wooded area, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 2nd floor provides a ton of modern amenities.

The open living room features cozy seating, a sleeper sofa, and electric fireplace for those cool nights. Grab a blanket from inside the coffee table! The flat screen TV is a Roku; just sign into your favorite apps. Connect to the Bluetooth speaker to listen to your favorite music. A large counter with bar seating opens into the kitchen and a nicely appointed wet bar will bring out the bartender in you.

Meal preparation is easy in this fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and a dining area to enjoy your home-cooked meals. A dedicated workspace gives the opportunity to check those emails one last time before running out to have an incredible day. A coffee bar with a drip, French press, or Keurig for any of your coffee preferences. Take your coffee onto the screened-in balcony and enjoy the coastal breezes.

The laundry room is available for use with a full-capacity washer and dryer. Beach chairs, towels and blankets can be found here, along with BBQ tools for grilling out back of the building at the picnic area.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, a ceiling fan, a smart Roku TV and an attached full private bathroom. The bathroom features shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; all phthalate-free, as well as a hair dryer and flat iron. Blankets and extra pillows are available for added comfort.

The Guest bedroom has two twin beds, large closet, a ceiling fan, and full bathroom just outside the door. The bathroom also features toiletries and a hair dryer. A pack 'n play can be found in the closet (sheets are not included). Blankets and extra pillows are available for added comfort.

Guests have full access to the community’s resort-style amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool and a relaxing hot tub—ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

Hello! We’re Angela & Ron from Philadelphia, and we welcome you to our home away from home! We love the beach, and the restaurants in Calabash are fantastic! The Oyster Rock is our fav! Sunset Beach calls us and we plan to move to the area in the near future.

We chose Calabash because of its great location, convenient to the beach (Angela's favorite!), amazing golf courses, and its proximity to North Myrtle Beach. When we 1st stepped foot on Sunset Beach, it felt like home. Our goal is to live in the area full-time.

What makes this property unique

We worked really hard to create an amazing space for our guests. We meticulously thought through the details that would create a comfortable, homey experience. Vacation is fun! We wanted to have all of the amenities available to create a stress-free experience. We wanted to create a vibe that was consistent with the area and spoke of the coastal nature of Calabash and Sunset Beach. Thank you for considering us!
