We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and well stocked, especially loved the coffee bar! Nice, safe area. Close to pool and clubhouse restaurant. Only a 15-20 minute drive to beach, close to lots of good restaurants. Beds were comfy, modern washer and dryer. Plenty of dishes and bedding, towels. Good Wi-fi. Lockout room looks like water is leaking in at window and the jacuzzi tub was not used at all, takes up a bit too much space but I realize some may love it, just not for us. Everyone had their own space, can't complain about anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was very nice and very clean. However, we were very disappointed that the advertisement of Pool and Gym access were not available as promised. We even requested, by Email, in advance to ensure these would be available, however they were not! The Manager advised he would look into, but never replied back to us or offered any consideration for the false/wrong advertising of these amenities. I would use extreme caution before renting these premises in the future.

A Mixed Bag

When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned, so we called the owner who said he would get right on it. Mistakes happen. A little over an hour later he called to say the unit was ready & to apologize. We arrived back at the unit just as a major storm was hitting. After unloading we found there was no toilet paper. Disappointing. The next morning, we enjoyed coffee on the balcony looking across at the pool & then walked over to the pool, yet our pass would not work. We found a maintenance man who told us we could not use that pool - instead gave us directions to the pool to which we should drive. Again, it was disappointing. The unit is very nice, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. As was the pool. Yet we will stay elsewhere next trip.

This property is even better than advertised! It was extremely clean, updated, and comfortable! The coffee bar was an added bonus for our family of coffee drinkers. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Uncomfortable!!!

Condo was beautiful! Although had trouble with a lot killed 8 large roaches , ants and little bugs? Found a pest control guy he came sprayed for us he said it looks like maybe NO one had been there in a while,there was no check sheet around? Also had to go to hardware store and get some anchors for bathroom door hangerfix that , master bath tojilet seat was broken! Wasn’t going to spend money for that !! Wife didn’t sleep well at all due to bugs!!

Condo was in good location in beautiful golf course community! Complex was very quiet and condo was immaculate and the decor was adorable. The condo was huge and fulfilled all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this facility. I would rate it 4.5 stars

A Beautiful Home Away From Home!

This was an annual golfing event that my family has been part of for about 40 years. The location is perfect for golfers. The unit was newly renovated! The beds were very comfortable! Linens and towels were included! Living spaces were relaxing! The fully stocked coffee bar was a plus! The pool was located at the Brunswick Plantation clubhouse. The main building has a restaurant and bar. Calabash restaurants are about 5 miles away. We like to eat at Beck's! The homeowners were easy to communicate with both before and during our stay.

We were introduced to the Brunswick Plantation area by my brother and sister-in-law that live in the same neighborhood. They are realtors of the North Carolina and South Carolina area there.
