This stunning condo is located set in the picturesque gated community of the Brunswick Plantation Golf Course (Commons II). Enjoy this beautiful tiled and completely furnished One bedroom, One full bath on the third floor overlooking the Dogwood Golf Course first hole. Your home away from home is right here.

This condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The main condo features a washer and dryer for your convenience, a full working kitchen which has a breakfast bar, dining room table for six. The living room has a New Leather couch that reclines to sleeping position and a love seat and chair . The two glass sliding doors provide you with sunshine galore. Or for your convenience enjoy a refreshment on the deck or read a book in the rocking chair. The master bedroom features a TV, dresser and bathroom which is adjourning the living room and kitchen. Condo has 1 bedroom 2 full size beds. .

Joggers or walkers are encouraged to view the plantation and get outdoor sunshine while enjoying exercise. Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort is centrally located from North and South Carolinas beautiful beaches, shopping, and entertainment!! Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach are a short distance from our condo. This area is a great place for families, golfers, or a getaway for 2. We really enjoyed our stay! Our little “home away from home” was very comfortable, well-stocked, clean and quiet! The pool was wonderful, as well! There were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone!

Nice peaceful getaway

It had everything we needed. Very nice and cozy. I would suggest cleaning the vent fan in the bathroom. It seem pretty labored at times. Other than that. Everything was really good. We love the location. Everything was close by and we really enjoyed Ocean Isle Beach. We drove to the end of that and we parked in the area for the ferry and we want to the beach and it was wonderful. We would highly recommend it.

Convenient location overlooking the golf course, minutes to beautiful Sunset Beach, and steps away from the pool. The condo was very clean with comfortable accommodations. We had an issue that was out of the property manager's control but was promptly addressed and resolved.

This was a great last minute vacation and it couldn't have been better. Unit was awesome in every way. The chocolate on top was the top floor open deck overlooking Tee to Green on the #1 Dogwood Par 4. Great to watch golfers. In the evening the ambiance changes to a lake with sun shimmering and cool ocean breezes. Glass of wine and your set. Condo had everything needed to stay long term. Complete package. Now about Julie, This lady is top tier in making sure you have a great adventure. Had all the answers quickly and completely as could be with a kind voice behind to boot.Food and Beverages are a short walk down a cart path and tons of local delicacy's. Just a short drive to Sunset Beach will make memories!

My father unexpectedly passed and his service was in Little River, SC. As my parents home was full w/family coming in to visit - we found comfort, and some quiet, at the condo. Thanksgiving stay for visiting family

The condo is great. Super area with view of 1st hole of the golf course. The leather recliner couches are great after a long day playing with granddaughter. The condo is equiped eith everything you need. We were able to use the kitchen to make side dishes for our family gathering. We would definitly stay again. The hosts are great with communication.

Calabash get away

We had a great time in Calabash. The condo was very clean. Beautiful view of the golf course. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck watching the golfers. The pool was very clean and close by. Mark and Julie were a pleasure to work with. At the last minute we decided to extend our stay and they were so accommodating. I will definitely be coming back to stay soon.

Tournament weekend

Softball tournament weekend. Did not know the location of the tournament just knew north myrtle beach. One tournament was 30 min away the next day it was an hour ( rain) even with the hour drive I would of chosen this house. Everything was great! Note to self when the property power washes beware around corners lol Also....my daughter walked away with second place in the tournament. Great location, great priperty, great weekend!

After Christmas Get-a-way

It was a wonderful time. The condo was immaculate and the furniture looked brand new and it was very comfortable. The host answered my texts and/or email within minutes. There is so much to do within a few minutes drive. I will definitely be back and I will be looking to stay at this condo again. If I could give the rating more than five stars, I definitely would! We stayed here for 2 weeks. Julie could not have been more cordial. Checked on us every few days, but her calls were unnecessary as everything was GREAT!! I was comforting to know that she was only an email away! The place was clean, spacious and convenient to shopping, beach and GOLF COURSES!!! Tried to schedule another trip to this place but it was already booked!! I'm sure we'll be back!!!

My husband and I were looking for a vacation home that we could spend quality time with our children or the occasional weekend getaway. Buying this condo gives us the opportunity to have a girls shopping/beach week, or the guys golf for the week. We love the area, the closeness to everything and the ability to be at the beach in just a few short minutes.

As our family expands with marriages and grandchildren, we look forward to spending more time and bonding with those we love.

Why they chose this property

We had visited Brunswick Plantation for many years before deciding to make this our second home. Every time we had visited, we were pleased to see the warmth and Southern Charm embrace us. You are truly close to everything!

What makes this property unique

As my husband tells me, this is the one place in the world that I don't get lost. I love the ease to everything and feel so comfortable in this gated community that I grab the car and go shopping or beach time or even the movies. Sunset beach 10 minutes away, pool is right across the parking lot. Accessibility to everything is really close
