Located in the prestigious Brunswick Resort and golf and it’s 27 holes course. Secluded but close to Food Lion supermarket, CVS, Dollar General, Italian and Chinese restaurants, the Town of Calabash and its Riverfront is just 7 minutes away. Short drive to Ocean Isle, Sunset beach and N. Myrtle Beach. Walking distance to the bbq area. You will love the views and the peace. Beautiful setting and development. You will love the views and the serenity. Still very close to the main attractions and all the amenities Calabash and Myrtle beach offers. *Important: Third floor, no elevator. Gated community. Renters with a lease term of less than a year may only use the pools on weekdays during the months of June, July and August per the association guidelines.
