About this property

It's a beautiful time to visit! Golf course, 3rd floor, elevator, pet friendly!

A very spacious third floor condo with an easy walk to the elevator located in the beautiful community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining kitchen, dining and living area with views of the golf course. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a full size refrigerator. This bedroom also has a bistro table and a sleeper sofa. There are three flat panel televisions and three DVD payers in the condo to enjoy. There is central air and heat, cable, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and enjoy the screened in balcony that overlooks one of three golf courses. This is the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach or an afternoon of golf. The beach is 1.5 miles from our condo. The Champions complex has a pool available for our guests to use free of charge. The community of Sea Trail hosts The Village Activity Center (pool, jacuzzi, indoor pool, gym) available for guest use for an additional fee. Linens and towels are provided for you during your stay. Sunset Beach is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the beach before 9 am and after 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and all day during the rest of the year. We are a dog friendly condo. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. We are sure you will love our condo as much as we do. We would love to invite you to stay!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave beds as they are; the cleaning company will strip them when they come in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be careful with bird on balcony. If damaged after your stay, we will need to collect the $300 damage fee.

The condo was very nice and communication with the owner was great. The o ly issue was the elevator. We booked because of my mother with mobility issues and we needed the elevator. It broke down twice so three times we had to navigate the stairs with her which was difficult at best.

Perfect Getaway Haven!

This property was ideal for our extended family getaway. The mini suite was perfect for our son and his family to have their own space. The condo was very clean and I am extremely picky! We had everything we needed so really enjoyed ourselves even with a tropical storm warning and lots of rain. We especially appreciated the host’s timely responses to all of our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for what we wanted! We had a large family vacation with most of the family in our house on the beach. We used the condo for overflow! It was clear and comfortable and the host was very nice!

What a gem this is, in a quiet part of Sea Trail looking over the golf course. Just as advertised, had everything you may want for your visit. Beds were comfortable, very spacious with both rooms available and kitchen well stocked. Communication was excellent, check in super easy and the elevator was a godsend for us "older" folks. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful beachy condo

This beautiful condo is so bright and spacious and beautifully decorated in beach decor. Although it was just my husband and I and our dog this trip, there was more than enough room for another couple or family to join us. Lisa thought Of everything you could possibly need for our stay, from a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot, to a brand new toaster oven. The beds are super comfortable as are the couches in the living room for late night tv watching. We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door and will definitely be planning another stay here in the near future.

Really enjoyed our stay at this unit. If there was just one problem for me it was how hard of a time I had getting off the low couches. I was however glad to take my dog with me and she enjoyed it as well except for the elevator. Would recommend this unit it was very nice and easy communicating with the owner.

PERFECT!

Just got home from a 5 night stay and looking at dates to return. Everything was great! Communication with Lisa was awesome. Location was surprisingly closer to the beach than I thought. Seemed like only a 4-minute drive. I haven't golfed in a long time, but wanted to after waking up every morning and watching everyone enjoy a round from our 3 story balcony. LOVE having access to an elevator. We even braved the cooler waters of the pool...not too bad and a beautiful area. The grilling area was nice and we ended up using the Webber one night for some chicken and burgers. My only recommendation is to change the light bulbs to a warm bulb OR add some dimmers. Possibly add some strip lights to under the breakfast bar or above the cabinets. I Love the lights on the balcony. In fairness though I do stage lighting for bands :-) We will be back!!!!!

Clean, cute and close to everything!

Heather has thought of every little detail with this condo! It’s clean, decorated nicely (perfect beach-town vibes!) and met all of our needs as a family of three (two adults/one 10 yr old)…..though the condo could easily suit a bigger group! We had no issues with our stay, loved the easy and close access to pools, beach, restaurants and so many fun things to do! We would definitely stay in this unit again! Owners were very prompt to communicate during booking process too! Five stars all the way around! Thank you!!!

Great Place

The condo was very clean and quiet. Kitchen had everything one needs to prepare food. Host is very pleasant and friendly. Nice sidewalks to walk the dog. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Amazing Accommodations

My husband and I were thrilled with this property. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with beach decor and all the amenities made for a relaxing stay. We have stayed at several properties in Sea Trail over the last couple of years... this was the best by far.
