Beautiful Condo on the island of Sunset beach steps from the beach.

Welcome to Sunset Beach N.C. We hope you enjoy your stay. The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ( 1 king bed and 1 queen bed ) linens provided 4 person occupancy. The condo is updated including new LVF flooring throughout, new furnishings, and a new electric fireplace to mention a few. A well equipt kitchen including air-fryer nutribullet, crock pot and much more. Lots of local art works to enjoy that are just beautiful. There is a nice private balcony and a outside shower after a day at the beach (Labeled A). No parking worries for beach or pier you're only steps away. There are 2 parking spaces (Labeled A). We hope you enjoy your stay and love our home as much as we do. No golf carts allowed. No Saturday check ins. No pets of any kind allowed.

This Condo was just adorable! It was furnished with class and was very clean! And just a quick walk to the beach. I love that there was a list of suggested restaurants too. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property Close to Beach

We had a great stay at this beautiful property - its an easy walk to Sunset Beach and the property was just as described. Has everything you need and more plus the AC works great (it was very hot!).

Great place to stay in Sunset Beach

Easy walk to the beach, pier, and local shops. Artfully decorated inside with nice touches throughout. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the beach. Don't forget to stroll down to the Kindred Spirit mailbox. You'll love staying here.

The nicest condo on 27th St.!!

My husband and I have experienced many condos on 27th St. and this so far has been the nicest, most clean and modern with so many amenities. The correspondence was prompt, professional, and kind with some flexibility, which we appreciate! The King bed was amazingly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here.. a few small suggestions would be having a small sweeper available to renters to clean up daily sand that is tracked in, and an iron with ironing-board for wrinkled clothes from packing. Otherwise perfect, I almost feel worried that this honesty will affect our booking availability in the future!

Beach trip

Great condo clean, beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to prepare a meal. Location great. Just a short walk to the beach. Host was always available if we needed anything. Appreciate that we were able to have an earlier checkin. My husband and I will definitely be returning.

Sunset Beach Never Disappoints!

This condo was beautiful, clean and well appointed! Only the unit above was a little bothersome as you could hear every time they walked about their unit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and David was a great host!

The stay was fine. Lovely art work and accessories! Alarm clocks and a couple extra hand towels would have been nice. Kitchen supplies were very adequate. Had asked about coffee maker before arrival so knew to bring K cups!

The condo was as advertised. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. I contacted the host twice for minor instructions, and he could not have been more helpful and gracious. Finding his contact number on our emails was a little tricky.

Our Favorite Beach Getaway!

We had a fantastic time at Sunset beach this year and we are delighted that we have now found our new “home” at the beach! We have been coming to sunset beach for over 30 years. My two adult daughters and I come each year for a celebratory retreat. This condo exceeded our expectations. The beds were extremely comfortable. The condo feels very fresh and clean from the moment you step in. The decorations are beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked. The owner, David, was great! We did not want to leave!!

Perfect Spot to Recharge!This condo was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials—just bring your own groceries. I really appreciated how close it was to the pier; the walk was the perfect distance. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Condo

The condo is perfect. Open floor plan well decorated and fully stocked for any of your kitchen needs. Beds slept well and distance to the beach was a pleasant walk. Screened porch was a nice retreat in the late evening. Outdoor shower was great for a quick rinse. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. 5-star all around.
