The dock on the canal behind the house provides yet another spot for hanging out and grabbing a few rays -- in case you don’t feel like walking out to the beautiful, flat Sunset Beach which awaits you and the gang just at the head of the street. A downstairs apartment will please those seeking a little separation from the group (or ones not in favor of stairs!). Enjoy two decks one upstairs and a covered deck downstairs. The same folks who have been coming back year after year will attest: This is one home-away-from-home destination you don’t want to miss.

The rental includes 2 kayaks and 2 bikes.

Downstairs Private entrance with it's own small living area, couch, table & 4 chairs, coffee pot. 2nd refrigerator & covered deck overlooking the canal.

bedroom.

There is no bathtub. There is also an outside shower.

Sheets and towels are not included.
