The community is surrounded by premium golf courses. This ground floor unit sits on the Oyster Bay at Sea Trail golf course. Enjoy the sparkling pool, pickle ball/tennis courts, and BBQ grills.
The newly updated condo offers two bedrooms, one with two full size beds and the other with two twins. The living room also offers a pullout queen sofa bed as well. Enjoy sitting at the tiki bar to watch the golfers go by, or enjoy the screened patio with party lights for evening cocktails. The dining table seats six, while the kitchen bar offers additional seating for four. Both bedrooms and living room include smart TV's. The unit offers free Wifi and a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the Keurig coffee bar, and bring your wine to store in the beautiful cabinet stocked with glasses and a blender for margaritas or daiquiri's!
