About this property

It will be “Totally Worth it!”
4 bedroom/2 bath (jack and jill), kid friendly beach bungalow located on Ocean Isle Beach Canal #12.
Luggage elevator, open floor plan, and vaulted ceilings providing tons of natural light.
The large back deck provides another outdoor living space overlooking the canal. The canal features a floating dock to tie up your boat with easy access to the ICW. Enjoy swimming, paddle boarding(included), or kayaking in the canal or head down to the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze!

The indoor dining table seats 6 (extra chairs around the house) or enjoy your meals on the back deck. The kitchen has everything a cook might need and a kitchen bar that seats 3.
A charcoal grill is provided for cooking outside or enjoy one of the amazing local restaurants nearby.
7 minute walk to the closest beach access on Concord St.

Enclosed Outdoor shower!

For the kids(small or big!): Inside- board games, some toys, and coloring. A booster seat and pack n play are provided. Portable gate to put at the top or bottom of the outdoor stairs. Outside-over the door basketball, swing, ring toss, corn hole, crab pot off the dock.

Mother’s Day trip

This house was perfect for our Mother’s Day weekend trip ! Very clean ! Super cute decorations . Owners were very good with communicating with us . My kids absolutely loved using the golf cart . Definitely will stay again.

Wonderful Time!

We had a great time at this property! The home was just as listed and was very clean upon arrival. We were able to all enjoy the amenities this home offers as well as utilize the golf cart to go to and from the beach access. We would love to come back in the future for more beach visits!

Ocean isle vacation

Great location of the property. Rebecca was great with communication. I did feel like the floor and kitchen counter could have been cleaner. Over all I would stay again
